Tricia Steege,
Certified Organizational Development Consultant/Founder
We are proud of the talent we have acquired over the years. Integrating
her formal life sciences and organizational development education,
coupled with her passion for heritage preservation, Tricia
has collaborated with her profit and non-profit clients to provide
services for over 15 years.
Tricia received her Masters in Human Resources Education
in 1992, a Certificate of Organization Development in
1996, and B. A. in Biology from Indiana University of
Pennsylvania.
Adhering to her belief that learning is life long in nature,
she continues to pursue opportunities to retain accreditations
and learn cutting edge methodologies. These include certifications
in the Myers Briggs Type Indictor (MBTI), DISC Profile
and various Eagles Flight programs. Continuing methodology
education includes Appreciative Inquiry and Large Scale
Change.
Tricia’s professional affiliations include leadership
positions with the Organizational Development Network,
American Society of Training and Development, International
Society for Performance and Instruction. She is also
a member of The Association for Personal Historians,
Technology Educators of Metropolitan Philadelphia, the
Main Line Chamber of Commerce, The Philadelphia Human
Resource Planning Group and Toastmasters.
Tricia has taught in the continuing education program
of Penn State University Great Valley and Temple University.
Tricia has lived in areas of the United States including
Dallas,Texas and Boston, Mass. She now makes her home
outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
