Our Method

Our systemic, action research approach with the leadership team begins with the end in mind and because no two organizations are the same, we want to hear what your vision looks like. There are typical roadmaps and processes that we use to help you reach your desired state:

Entry and Contracting

When a problem demands a solution or an opportunity to explore exists, we collaborate with you to explore your needs, hopes and concerns and define your desired outcomes and expectations. We offer proven processes and propose options for proceeding and suggest decision guidelines. Also incorporated at this stage is an agreement of roles and responsibilities between all parties and the identification of additional resources.

Data Collection and Diagnosis

Continuing in the exploration mode, we interview stakeholder teams – leadership and others - to obtain further clarity, gaining new information and/or validating data that is already known to provide the basis for leadership team to make informed decisions. We then provide summary feedback of our findings to the leadership team.

Decision to Act and Implementation

Because the results of activities are owned by you as the client, it is during this stage that agreements are made by you to move forward in the process. Together, we develop decision guidelines to evaluate solution possibilities, agree on recommendations and develop the implementation plan that includes milestones, accountabilities, requisite resources , roles and responsibilities. We work with the change project team to facilitate activities to deadlines.

Evaluation

Throughout the implementation process, the project team is evaluating progress against the milestones developed in the implementation planning. We work with the project team to make revisions to the implementation plan and address performance measures against your defined success criteria.
